Our beef herd is comprised of South Poll and South Poll/Jersey cross cattle. Our beef is never given hormones, antibiotics or any unnecessary chemicals. They are raised as God intended on our mixed grass pastures, never being fed grain to supplement. They are moved to a fresh green buffet daily to maximize our forage production through a rest and recovery periods. They continually improve their own pastures, just like the rest of our livestock. They are fed the best hay available during the winter months. We chose to raise South Poll cattle because of their superior grass genetics. Our cattle are sold live by the quarter, half, or whole beef and delivered to the processor, so that the customer can choose how they desire to have the animal processed.
